HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Delivery times will depend on the postal service within your area. All orders are sent out from our distribution centre in line with the delivery option selected and as defined in the "What are my delivery options and how much will it cost?".

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

There are two main delivery options and these can be selected in the check out stage of your transaction with us.

  1. Standard Post - $5
    Delivery via Standard Post takes approximately 1-5 business days.
  2. Express Post - $15

  3. Delivery via Express Post is next business day to all locations except for regional Perth and Darwin. Please note that transit times vary on your geographic location. All dispatches are from Sydney.

If you order Great Spray Tan, your whole order will ship by road and will take longer. This is due to restrictions imposed by the airlines for products regarded as "Dangerous Goods"

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS?

Delivery times do vary and are also dependent on your postal service and destination. While there is some limited tracking available for registered post the best option would be to check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may be misplaced. Contact details for your local post office can be obtained through the Australia Post website.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

I HAVE LOST MY RECEIPT CAN I PLEASE OBTAIN A REPLACEMENT?
